NV Cellar Select Tawny

The Cellar Select Tawny, a backbone style of the Australian wine community. This old Tawny is an ode to the early winemaking pioneers of Australia, in particular those Barossans who loved and made the style in respect of the tradition and history that was the fortified beginnings of the wine country.

Winemaker's Notes

Tawnies are traditionally sipped at the end of a fine meal. However, we like to chill ours occasionally and are happy to drink as an aperitif, or with a superb fruit cake for afternoon tea.
